Maluco is beautifully presented with air-conditioned open entertaining spaces for all the family to enjoy. The kitchen has state of art appliances which include 2 ovens and a large induction cooktop, perfect for cooking with family and friends. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large 8 seater dining table or alternatively sit on the deck and enjoy an evening dining in the garden. The outdoor 12 seater dining area is fully fenced and perfect for young children to safely play. There is a shaded BBQ area with paved seating surrounded by beautiful private tropical gardens.

A separate lounge room with Smart TV is great for a relaxing evening and includes a foosball table for family fun.

Downstairs there is a King Master Bedroom with en-suite and upstairs a further 3 King Rooms, which can be split into two singles if needed. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fans. The main bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower services these rooms.
